Enhance your standing as a coach and get your clients “global ready” by joining one of The International Profiler (TIP®) accreditation workshops, offered for the first time in Singapore! The workshops will be run by WorldWork Ltd. of London, (publisher of TIP) in association with the Shared Executive Learning Centre (known as Catapult) part of CapitaLand, Singapore.
Living and working somewhere as diverse as Singapore, we all work with and lead people from different countries and cultures. There are now government-led initiatives aimed at upskilling Singapore talent for an international business environment. Now more than ever, cross-cultural agility in a business context is seen as a necessity, and the International Profiler is the ideal tool to promote such agility. It is a culture-general personal development process that raises an individual’s self-awareness about their preferred approach when working in any unfamiliar cultural context. It enables them to design and implement positive personal change appropriate for their particular business situation. It is especially useful for coaches working with people who are relocating and/or have important cross-border relationships with colleagues and business partners.
