WorldWork offers consultant support services to licensed WorldWork members who are using our products.  We can help with administration aspects of running team or organisational interventions as well as designing new products, providing data analysis, and access to collaborative and co-operative online learning environments for trainers, consultants or end user organisations.

Description

WorldWork offers consultant support services to licensed WorldWork members who are using our products.  We can provide support to trainers and consultants in various ways, including:

  1. Providing advice on the best ways to market and use WorldWork products and services in line with  with latest thinking about social and collaborative learning. (see CIPD Learning Methods fact sheets)
  2. Sending out psychometric questionnaires for teams or larger groups of people
  3. Monitoring completion rates and sending out reminders as required
  4. Preparing personal and team reports
  5. Carrying out ‘big data’ analysis of organisational databases to provide useful training needs analysis for end user organisations
  6. Providing access to collaborative and co-operative learning platforms for consultants/trainers running organisational interventions
  7. Creating new products to meet the specific needs of trainers, consultants or end user organisations
