Managing Multicultural Teams (MMT) has three modules each covering a different aspect of the intercultural issues that can arise in such teams:

Module 2: Managing Cultural Differences
Module 3: Sustaining Energy at a Distance
The starting point for your learning is your own experiences of working in teams. You will learn about the potential problems of managing and working with cultural diversity and distance in international teams. You will also learn how these problems can be overcome to get a team working together to achieve success.
For individual learners or small groups we recommend using WorldWork’s own learning platform. This can be arranged on a pay-per-use basis or with discounts for multiple users. The course is SCORM compliant, so we can also arrange to mount the course on your in-house Learning Management System (LMS) under licence.
