WorldWork has developed specialised psychometric tools which can be used as diagnostics for a range of learning and development interventions, from global leadership, through global mobility preparation to international project team management.
The core aim of each tool is to increase self-awareness and awareness of others across cultural boundaries, which results in a more agile, engaged and productive workforce.
To ensure the best results and maintain a high quality of delivery these tools require certification. Every individual that is certified to use our tools joins the international network of WorldWork’s Certified Consultants. Click here to see the consultants
Certification takes the form of either a face-to-face workshop at the WorldWork premises in London, in-house by arrangement or online via a blend of virtual group work and self-paced learning on WorldWork’s Learn & Connect platform.
Becoming WorldWork's Certified Consultant means that you can:
Multi Certification Bundles
Each certification can be taken as a single programme or as a bundle. The multi certification bundles give you a chance to get certified with two or more of our tools. Bundles must be invoiced together before the start of the first certification in the bundle.
